- If you experience any manufacturing or quality issue within 30 days of delivery, you’re eligible for a free replacement or full return.
- Issues covered: fabric defects, stitching problems, color fading, shrinkage, or damage after normal washing.
- Issues not covered: damage from misuse, accidents, or washing instructions not followed.
- Claims must be supported with a clear photo or video sent to our customer service team.
We keep it simple: if it’s our fault, we’ll make it right.
