We deliver across Egypt, Please note that delivery times are calculated starting from the day after your order is confirmed.
- Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
- New Cairo & 6th of October Areas (1st, 3rd, and 5th Settlements – Rehab – Madinaty – Shorouk – Obour – Mostakbal – Badr – Sheikh Zayed - 6th of October): 3 business days
- Qalyubia & Alexandria: 3-4 business days
- Delta Cities: 4-5 business days
- Upper Egypt: 5 business days

Shipping Policy
- Friday is a weekly holiday and is not counted within shipping days.
- If an order is refused due to size issues or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the agreed shipping fees.
- If an order is refused due to a manufacturing defect, no shipping fees will be charged.
- If our follow-up team is unable to reach you for order confirmation, the order will be considered canceled.
Return & Exchange
At triC, your satisfaction matters. If something doesn’t work out, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and transparent.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations.
- A clear photo or video of the item must be sent to our customer service team for quality review. The courier will also inspect the item upon pickup.
- Once approved, we will refund the product price only, excluding the return shipping fee.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations.
- A clear photo or video of the item must be sent to our customer service team for quality review. The courier will also inspect the item upon pickup.
- Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping fee, which is determined by the courier company.
Processing Time
- Requests are reviewed within 24 hours.
- Once approved, your return or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
