If an order is refused due to size issues or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the agreed shipping fees.

If an order is refused due to a manufacturing defect, no shipping fees will be charged.

If our follow-up team is unable to reach you for order confirmation, the order will be considered canceled.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days from the delivery date.
The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations.
A clear photo or video of the item must be sent to our customer service team for quality review. The courier will also inspect the item upon pickup.
Once approved, we will refund the product price only, excluding the return shipping fee.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations.
A clear photo or video of the item must be sent to our customer service team for quality review. The courier will also inspect the item upon pickup.
Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping fee, which is determined by the courier company.

Requests are reviewed within 24 hours.
Once approved, your return or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
